the staff was warm! the location was also excellent for shopping with easy access to buses and trains! i found a very supportive staff there with a warm welcome. their assistance was great at all times.

The room was quite small. i found the lack of space surprising (.. ) it barely met the expected standard for a four-star hotel. additionally, the window's insulation was inadequate. Street noises were quite noticeable throughout the night.

the location was ideal. it was very close to the local tram. the breakfast was quite good! it had many options. the rooms were always clean and the kitchen staff were very kind. i found the hotel very nice.
the room was very small. it didn't have much space.

Breakfast was great. It featured an open buffet. I enjoyed the fresh bread, cheese, and Turkish tea. I also liked that the staff assisted me with my luggage.
The room was small. It lacked space. The window insulation was poor. I could hear street noises clearly even with the window closed.
