metro stop tram stop helpful personnel terrible wifi broken fridge dishonest handyman

The location is GREAT I was near a metro stop. A tram stop was also close. The personnel was kind AND helpful. The breakfast buffet had many options AND tasty food.

The wifi was TERRIBLE I couldn't get wifi in my room. The fridge never worked I reported this to the handyman. He claimed to have fixed it THEN lied.

poor soundproofing limited breakfast

The staff was helpful, assisting with directions and local recommendations, it was acceptable.

I found the soundproofing to be quite poor. Street noise kept me awake Several nights. The air conditioning was also inconsistent, sometimes working well, other times blowing only warm air. The breakfast selection felt LIMITED. Very few options changed daily.

convenient location helpful information tasty food

I found the location to be quite convenient. the tram station was nearby, that allowed for easy access to key areas. emre at the front desk was particularly helpful. He always provided useful information. the breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was tasty.

The wifi was not very stable though. I had some trouble connecting at times.
