a pleasant stay

helpful staff attentive manager new year trip
The staff was always happy to help. guest relations manager zinab zaid was amazing. she was attentive and caring with guests. i used the concierge service. Askim d engin arranged a new year's boat trip for my son and me, we are very grateful.
the windows were dusty, so the view was not as clear.

the breakfast buffet featured A LOT of options. I enjoyed the availability of separate spa areas for women and men. the concierge manager provided excellent assistance.
the hotel is NEAR a cemetery, which might not appeal to some guests.

clean room good breakfast friendly staff
I found my queen room clean and spacious. the breakfast included a good variety of food options and the restaurant offered tasty meals. the staff were generally friendly. They were always ready to assist with any requests.
the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, requiring taxi rides.
