i had an upgraded room as guest of the day! the receptionist was super professional and polite. the room was very clean with very nice views. room service was fast, and the food was AMAZING!!! the hotel's location near the marina allows for a relaxing walk.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. It is quite pretty. valet and indoor parking provide sufficient space. the bakirköy sahil underground station is only a 5-minute walk. This makes access very convenient.

The staff were super friendly and professional. the club lounge attendants were nice, attentive, and very helpful. check-in was quick and smooth. Mrs ipek showed us the room and she was very kind.

I especially appreciated the helpful staff. Ms. Hande assisted me greatly during my entire stay. I lost my watch in the room. She located it and returned it to me. The location provided convenient access to nearby areas.
The hotel had a problem with accepting debit cards. Only credit cards were accepted for payment. A hold was placed on the funds.

Breakfast has many options, and the service is very kind. The location is useful for airport access. Ela and Berrak were very helpful . The hotel deserves great stars for everything.
The outdoor pool closes seasonally, that is what I noticed. The indoor pool was great though. I think it is a slight problem.
