Solid Hotel Experience
cardio machines polite staff breakfast buffet
Check in was efficient. My room was spacious and clean. The Basement 2 gym impressed me with many cardio machines. The front desk staff were very polite and also helpful addressing my room issues. The breakfast buffet had honeycomb for my oatmeal.
The indoor pool was not heated.

cozy rooms friendly staff serene atmosphere customer service
The staff was friendly I also found the atmosphere quite serene. The customer service was really good I want to especially thank ilayda and bugra for their help.

The room had standard amenities I observed a queen size bed and adequate space. The air conditioning was efficient and kept the room at a comfortable temperature a work desk was also available. The bathroom included a shower and essential toiletries were provided.

Staff members were generally helpful and polite I found them responsive to my inquiries. The check-in process was efficient and straightforward the concierge assisted with directions. Room service was prompt and accurate with fulfilling requests I made.

good service but some flaws
room upgrade honeycomb option helpful assistance
i got a room upgrade at checkin. breakfast includes good options like honeycomb. ms birsen was very helpful with all my requests. i like this attention.
the mini bar policies are bad. i wanted to use the fridge for my items. staff wanted me to pay for the entire mini bar first to unlock it. it made no sense.

the basement gym features spin and weight rooms. over twenty cardio machines are available . the indoor pool is large with a lap lane, a free section, a hot tub, and a kids' pool.

the front desk staff were polite. busra helped with multiple issues. the lady at front desk in the evenings offered water. guest relations sanaz was friendly too.

the breakfast buffet offers many options. honeycomb is available. lunch and dinner grills include dishes like pistachio kebab. the coffee and pastry shop is reasonably priced.

The spa is really big, its gym has great equipment! Steam room is available, also sauna. The hotel has amazing manager. She is friendly.
