i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. the location was excellent with easy access to transportation. firat and merve were helpful and ensured i had a good experience.
the hotel was somewhat noisy. traffic and taxis disturbed my sleep on multiple nights. i also found the breakfast options to be limited and not to my taste.

the location is very near taksim square a brief walk away. the bus stop to the airport is conveniently close about 100 meters. the breakfast offered a diverse buffet with a variety of dishes.
The bathroom showed some wear. The shower tray felt wobbly.

Breakfast included varied items and the quality was high. the sports centre had helpful staff named mehmet. He created a cute atmosphere for everyone. i appreciated ms merve. She followed up to ensure everything met my expectations and quickly addressed any concerns. this.
the heating system is centrally controlled, so adjusting the room temperature wasn't possible .

My room had sufficient space and it was clean. The beds were comfortable. the room offered a good, restful environment for sleeping. It also included practical amenities such as a functional work desk. there were no issues during my time.

the breakfast area offered views. the views featured the bosphorus. arfan from the lobby bar was professional. i found merve from guest relations very helpful.
i encountered issues with housekeeping. staff were loud starting early. they entered rooms without waiting. communication was difficult as most staff avoided english.
