wonderful surprise in the heart of everything!

I loved the hotel's central location near major attractions! it was easy to walk to hagia sofia and the blue mosque. the staff showed really good hospitality, really going above and beyond my expectations. the spa impressed me. I recommend the sultan suleiman vip package!
I noticed some noise issues. Internal sounds from other rooms and housekeeping were quite clear at times. the slamming doors made relaxation tricky.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is a short walk from major attractions. this allowed easy access to historical sites and cultural landmarks. the area felt peaceful despite being close to everything!

the location proved really good. a tram stop was very near. many shops and restaurants are in the area. the area felt safe. i appreciated the drinking water provision during the summer. the front desk staff offered helpful service. i was surprised by the free breakfast.
I noticed slight noise. I could hear other rooms and housekeeping sounds.

the hotel sits close to major sights, including a five-minute walk to the sultanahmet tram stop. many restaurants are also within a short walk. it is easy to have a walking tour around key sites.

the spa and hamam provided a nice, relaxing experience. i also appreciated the breakfast. a live station cooked eggs, omelets, and crêpes to order. it was a lot of choices in the buffet

the staff are friendly and helpful. team members easily answer questions. aydin's really good service stood out to me. veysel at reception also gave wonderful service and happy to help in any way.

it was within easy walking distance of major sites and the tram station. the breakfast had many choices on the buffet, and there was a live station preparing eggs and crêpes.
The internal hotel noise was noticeable. I could clearly hear sounds from other rooms.

The room was big enough. It could easily accommodate two adults and one child, and it was very clean. daily fresh towels were provided, and i had clean sheets every day. I found these to be useful

the location was great, i found it a short walk to the blue mosque. i enjoyed the clean fresh sheets. the hotel scent was distinct and refreshing each morning. the restaurant staff were helpful.
the POWER sockets in my room did not work all throughout. the remote to the tv didn't work also. the lighting system was badly designed. i had trouble.
