A Stay with Minor Issues

The hotel staff demonstrated kindness and attentiveness EVERY day. Mr Adem assisted us with luggage and weighing. He offered genuine care. Breakfast was excellent and served at the table, comfortable.
The receptionist almost broke down the door at 11:30. The phone did not ring. His manner seemed rude, even though he is the manager.

I was impressed with the friendly staff. The front desk team was especially helpful. The location allowed reaching the lovely area in just a short walk. I also really appreciated the very clean room .
The shower water was not consistent. It fluctuated from hot to cold. This made showering difficult and quite unpleasant.

The hotel has a lovely pool with spa facilities. The hotel offers great proximity to the station and shopping areas. There is also a restaurant with very good food and excellent service staff available at all times.

I found the staff helpful and very cute. They promptly addressed all my requests, ensuring solutions were provided swiftly. The location is also superb, conveniently close to many attractions. Rooms maintained a very high standard of cleanliness.
The reception area is notably small, which might feel a bit cramped when several guests are checking in or out simultaneously.
