The triple beautiful room felt so spacious and inviting. unlimited packaged drinking water was available, and it made our days out exploring so much easier. the breakfast was such a treat. The baked goods and cakes were honestly some of the best i have ever tasted. i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were kind with local recommendations and luggage assistance.
i could hear the morning prayers from the nearby mosque quite clearly, as the sound carried over the loudspeaker and into the hotel rooms. while it added to the cultural experience for some, it interrupted my sleep a bit.

The staff consistently showed care and attention . They kindly assisted with luggage pickup from the main street. many local restaurant options are near the hotel. Exploring felt safer and more convenient, and i welcomed their suggestions.

The hotel location is very good. It's close to many attractions. The staff are friendly. Breakfast continues almost until 11 o'clock. That's quite convenient.
My room faced a wall less than one meter away. It felt very enclosed. The soap was not good. The pillows also seemed low quality.

The staff was helpful enough, I suppose, in pointing out the tram station nearby.
I found the room rather underwhelming, truth be told. The bathroom situation was a bit of a joke. You practically had to perform acrobatics to use the toilet. The bed springs seemed to be staging a rebellion every time I moved.. It wasn't exactly the most restful stay.

the staff was helpful. the location was perfect, near central attractions and the coastline. the hotel offered comfort and convenience, a plus.
the hotel feels old. bedsheets and towels were old too, with some appearing yellowish! the room carpet was stained and dirty and the sink was clogged.
