The location was super convenient. I walked to major attractions. the hotel was clean, which i definitely appreciated. the breakfast buffet had lots of options, a super way to start the day. the staff, especially irfan and mehmet, were so friendly. They helped with everything i needed.
the room decor was a bit dated. everything else was fantastic though.

irfan always greeted me with a smile and offered cay when i returned. mehmet at the front desk assisted with luggage and directions for the metro and tram. the service was amazing!!!

the breakfast started at 7:30 a.m. and included a very rich buffet. i ate a healthy buffet each day before my excursions. the selection was fresh and regularly replenished.

the location was acceptable. it allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
the bathroom was unacceptably small. outdated furniture was present throughout the entire hotel. the central climate control caused the room to become hot and stuffy, this made sleeping difficult.

The hotel breakfast had many options. I liked the fresh pastries, and the coffee was always hot. The hotel is near many attractions. I walked to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia easily. The room has a safe. I stored my valuables there without worry.
The bathroom mirror had a small crack, but I was still able to use it.

The staff assisted my friend arriving late by meeting her near the taxi, since the hotel is on a pedestrian street. a taxi was arranged for us the next morning, i appreciated that detail. the breakfast area was spacious and offered a wide variety of dishes. It was very nice, indeed! the team members were always attentive.
The wooden floor in the room wasn't perfectly clean. I noticed some dark stains.

The hotel provides assistance with tours and travel to the airport. I found that useful. staff offered very helpful information. the hotel has a handy bar and a restaurant attached.

The breakfast room is quite spacious and it is nice to start the day there. i also noticed there's a really good variety of dishes available. I found the options delicious!!! the food was AMAZING!!!

The room had necessary amenities like a tv. the windows could be opened, and that was important for me. the shower pressure was also fine. Everything worked as expected there.

the location is really perfect. i could easily reach the tram and many attractions. hagia sophia and the blue mosque were also close by, i walked there every day. the grand bazaar was not that far too.
