An okay stay with SOME issues

slow internet short cord
The internet was REALLY slow, like from another decade. Trying to stream ANYTHING was impossible. the hairdryer in the bathroom was just terrible. The cord was too short and it kept unplugging. I also noticed the safe wasn't working properly. I think management REALLY needs to fix some of these issues ASAP.

a good istanbul escape

lovely breakfast turkish charm fruit bowl
we were given a personalized welcome letter alongside a beautiful turkish evil eye charm as a thoughtful gift. a fresh fruit bowl also waited for us, it added to the warm atmosphere i so appreciated.
There were some cleanliness issues. I noticed an ant infestation in the bathroom. dust balls collected in the corners of the room, there was an overall feeling of dirtiness. some of the breakfast items lacked freshness, though the variety remained acceptable.

the breakfast included a decent spread of options to choose from each morning, the rooftop restaurant offers fine views during dinner. i found the overall dining experience very satisfying with options available.

The staff members were all helpful and cute. They always went the extra mile to assist with any requests. i received recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

the spa has a hamam and massage services available, i found relaxation there. the hotel location has excellent proximity to attractions. the tram stations are just a brief walk away, simplifying transportation.

the room included a well stocked mini-bar, i found the room very clean upon arrival. a bright atmosphere made it very inviting after sightseeing. the bathroom was super clean with no water leakage.

helpful staff comfortable room bad traffic difficult taxi
the staff was very friendly and helpful! they called a taxi for us and gave us breakfast packages in bags! the room was large and comfortable. the bathroom and the shower too were spacious.
it was very hard to hail or order a taxi! the traffic was very bad and uber or taxi cancelled us multiple times when we checked out. it's not a good location to get in and out if you travel by car or taxi.
