A Nice Experience

clean room stylish salon managed salon easy access
My room was very clean. The salon located in the hotel was stylish. It was also very well-managed. The location offers easy access to public transport, including bus stops and a metro station.
The service felt a bit scripted, and small requests were sometimes ignored due to internal policies.

The spa services included a Turkish Hammam. I also received a massage from Ms. Melek. Her expertise and care, I am so grateful.

The reception team, particularly Mr Okan, made check-in and check-out smooth and cute, he was polite. Ms. Kseniia assisted us . Her attentiveness and kindness did not go unnoticed.

small gym room service
The staff was friendly and helpful of 4 nights.
I was annoyed that the gym was smaller than expected. It only had two treadmills. (I wish I knew this beforehand.) The selection of free weights was limited. the room service menu was not available after 10 PM. This was inconvenient because I wanted a late-night snack but could not get anything delivered to my room.

I stayed in a Beautiful King Room Park View. The room provided a distinct seating area. The bathroom included two separate sinks. Breakfast had various options. I found fresh pastries and a selection of cheeses.
The minibar prices were not clearly displayed, leading to an unexpected expense.

AWESOME Stay. I RECOMMEND it!

turkish delicacies convenient location lighting fixtures clean room
THEY gave me a superior king room. It WAS VERY clean. THE room had modern design elements. I REALLY liked the lighting fixtures. BREAKFAST was delicious and fresh. THEY offered turkish delicacies and lots of pastries. THE location worked SO well for transport links. BUS stations were two minutes away. FERRY station WAS a fifteen minute walk. SPA services Was superb. I ENJOYED the traditional turkish hammam. MELEK was super skilled.
