airport transportation short walk broken pavement delayed transfer
The breakfast offered a very good spread. The hotel staff arranged transportation to the airport, and it was prompt. The location is also very convenient. It is a short walk to the sights.
The airport transfer was delayed by one hour. I was standing outside in the cold, waiting. The surrounding streets appear unsafe, and the pavements are broken.

Excellent Stay!!!

attentive staff room upgrade fresh food
The staff were FABULOUS. They really enhanced our experience! We received an unexpected room upgrade upon arrival. This was a good surprise. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food. I especially enjoyed the variety of cheeses and fruits.
The sound insulation could be slightly better, as some outside noise was noticeable.

The hotel provided tea and coffee making facilities at all times. This was very convenient. The garden offered a wonderful view. It was perfect for a relaxing breakfast outside. The hotel also had a tour desk.

My room included comfortable beds and 100% cotton bedding. This ensured a restful sleep. I had slippers in the room. This added a nice touch of comfort. The room featured authentic, oriental decorations.

The hotel is close to main attractions. These are easily accessible by foot. Tram and metro connections are nearby. They provided convenient access to other areas. The hotel is also located near a food street.

Really good Service and Great Location

amazing attentiveness extensive knowledge excellent location
The staff demonstrated amazing attentiveness. Umit and Gorkem have extensive knowledge of the city, something I found helpful. The hotel offered wonderful recommendations, thus taking away my stress in finding places to go. The hotel was quite clean and felt private, providing an excellent location close to the Grand Bazaar.
I found the room small and there was constant noise. The noise came from deliveries to nearby shops, often permeating the rooms. The pavements outside are broken, causing some unsafe conditions.

The team offered very friendly service and gave excellent attention to detail. They provided assistance with my luggage and offered city information with maps. This helped me greatly. All requests were addressed with speed, showing commitment to guest well-being.

The room included comfortable beds and quality linens. This ensured restful sleep. It had effective climate control and soundproofing. This helped block outside disturbances. The room included a stocked minibar and complimentary snacks. This was a welcome touch.

broken pavements uphill walking
The location seemed quite central at first, but the surrounding streets felt a bit unsafe, especially at night. Broken pavements were EVERYWHERE. My room had a persistent smell of cleaning agents I did not like, and the complimentary breakfast lacked variety. The walk to the nearest tram station involved quite a bit of uphill walking, tiring after a long day.
