Excellent Fitness Area

My stay at the Palazzo was marked by some real highs and lows. The room had a partial view of the Strip, which was nice, but overall the service lacked that personal touch, especially during our important wedding weekend. Breakfast didn't meet expectations, and there were some issues with the pool being closed for part of our stay, which detracted from the experience. While some aspects were satisfactory, they didn't quite justify the luxury price tag.

I recently stayed at the Palazzo and had an overall fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with luxurious beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The level of personalized service I received was beyond what I anticipated, especially with staff going the extra mile. However, I did encounter some unpleasant surprises with extra fees and an unexpected experience related to customer service at check-in that left me a bit frustrated.
