The hotel has many dining options and a key location. I found the shopping options really good. Staff friendliness contributed to great customer service.

I particularly appreciated the sheer size of the suite. The bathroom included a sit-down vanity, perfect for getting ready. The pools provided a refreshing escape from the heat.
I noticed the absence of a coffee maker in the room. This was a minor inconvenience, but I missed having a quick coffee in the morning. I think adding this small appliance would be a nice touch.

spacious suite clean suite friendly staff
The suites are large, spacious, and very clean. elevators can get full if you are on a lower floor wanting to go downstairs. I often waited for the next one. the pools are excellent!!! the gym had plenty of equipment, even though it was windowless. the staff is nice, a very pleasant surprise.
A coffee maker in the room would be nice. I suppose the starbucks in the lobby might object, given the morning lines.

The palazzo luxury king suite includes a separate living area. It has comfortable beds. the bathroom includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i especially liked the ample room in the living room area.

The staff responded quickly to all requests. when i checked-in online, i still had to complete the entire check-in process at the hotel. that process was annoying. Nevertheless, the staff remained gracious.

The hotel offers many dining options. i had delicious gelato in the breezeway. The breezeway connects the palazzo and the venetian. i also walked across the street to get starbucks with no delay.

Our suite was spacious and stylish. I loved the separate living area as it allowed for relaxation. Robes and slippers were available offering extra comfort. The staff was helpful answering every question patiently.

the room was super clean and everything was furnished including bath robes. staff was great. i liked the shower pressure. i enjoyed the variety of dining options. i will definitely be returning.
