i appreciated the spaciousness of the beautiful executive king non-smoking suite. the restaurant inside the hotel provided reasonable prices. the hotel felt clean to me. the location was convenient to destinations i had planned.
the air conditioning did not work well. it was almost sufficient. the front desk was unreachable. i tried to call several times to check out but no one answered after waiting a long time.

service issues overshadowed the stay
unfixed safeunrefilled toiletries
the safe in my room did not work , a problem i reported multiple times to both the reception by phone and in person. it remained unfixed throughout my stay. additionally , the shampoo , shower gel , and conditioner were empty , and despite my requests , they were not refilled. this lack of attention detracted from the overall experience, hotel amenities.

i was really surprised by this place (honestly!). the rooms are clean and really spacious. i was especially happy with the good ac. plus, there are some decent choices for food and drinks. the little casino is a nice touch, too!
the elevator wasn't working during my entire stay. all i got was a simple, 'i'm sorry'.
