My room, an ivory suite, was spacious. The variety of dining options was excellent, i discovered SO many places to eat. The pool area provided a refreshing escape. I found it easy to get around with quick rideshares to the sphere and other attractions.
The check-in process was a little slow. i had to wait a while, a bit of a drag after traveling.

The room was basic, it lacked a proper sitting area. i also found the experience somewhat underwhelming. It did not feel as lovely as i had hoped. it was just a basic stay, not really good in any way.

i had an affordable suite in the ivory tower. it was beautifully appointed. the conference facilities were excellent. the layout made it easy to find what i needed.
i noticed the bathroom doorknob literally fell off. it made the bathroom unusable. it took a full day to repair it.

I was greeted by staff. They were courteous. they assisted me in many ways . the concierge was very accommodating to my needs. i found staff always available.

The hotel is just off the strip, about 15 minutes from the airport. the location is perfect for conferences and short stays. it is relatively close to the strip. It's easy to move around. the parking is close and free.

i visited some restaurants. all were excellent. the food court has improved in cleanliness. the staff were very polite. the selection of food has always been nice. they offer brunch with unlimited mimosas.

my suite was beautifully appointed and very clean. it had all the amenities you would want. the rooms themselves were nicely designed. the views were great! a negative point is that there is no coffee in room.

Acceptable, but with some issues.

Free parking was available, always a plus.
I found a lingering smell in the bathroom and some of the towels looked a bit worn. The minibar charges were quite high. Even a small soda cost a lot. smoking is allowed on the casino floor, so a smoke smell permeated the whole hotel, even my room.

The room featured a spacious layout (perfect for unwinding after a long day). I liked that the shower and toilet were in separate rooms. The casino definitely met expectations. I enjoyed it.
The hotel is a little further from the central strip (something to note).

I was very pleased with my room. It was an Ivory Suite. The room was quite spacious. The views over the city and mountains were fine. Room service was very fast. I also appreciated the amenities and the location close to the Strip.
I noticed the grout in the bathroom looked a little dirty. This was a very slight issue.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The check-in line was long, but a staff member from the VIP area assisted and moved us to the VIP area for a comfortable check-in experience. This level of attention was appreciated.
