My recent stay at the Palms was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious and modern, but the service left much to be desired, given the rude staff interactions. Although the hotel's dining options were diverse and enjoyable, the location isn't quite on the Strip, which can be a drawback for some. Overall, it's decent if you want to save some money, but the inconsistent service made it less enjoyable.

The room I eventually got was nice, spacious with a big tub and shower, which I appreciated. It was well-furnished and looked great, despite the hassle of switching rooms.

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Interactions with the staff felt dismissive and cold, making the experience frustrating at times.
