the room service kept the room clean and all the staff were very kind and helpful.

I attempted to use the jacuzzi tub but found it wasn't working and was told it was now a "soaking tub". later, the cold water stopped while my sister was showering, and only scalding hot water remained. it took her 10-15 minutes of applying ice packs to cool down her skin, very uncomfortable. no advance warning was given about a cold water shutdown.

I found some issues . The shower water drained poorly, so I had to shower in standing water. The shower head itself was also quite cheap. The room has an electric stove, but there were NO cooking utensils. I did not even find a glass, plate, fork or spoon.

The room easily accommodated my family of four it featured a spacious design. The bathroom provided full facilities and the room included a kitchenette, very useful for preparing quick meals. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep.

I wished for a wider selection of groceries at the store to stock the kitchen with more options.

The staff on the 62nd floor accommodated our group very well they were always available to assist. The valet service operated efficiently enabling quick access to vehicles. The employees showed a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

The free internet was quite slow, difficult to work. They seem to push you to pay extra for a faster connection. the valet parking was also inconvenient. I had to tip every time i needed my car, though it was supposedly free.

The valet car parking staff performed their services with a smile, even when the area was packed! The hotel also gave us a room on a higher floor, exactly as we requested.

The restaurant is in the main entrance, so it might be in the way for some people.
