I really enjoyed the clean casino, and i appreciated the smokeless premise. It made a huge difference! the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the pool area was very clean. I saw many lounging areas with both adult and family sections. the restaurants provided a good variety of food at different price points.
The thin walls were a bit of an issue. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel has great proximity to t-mobile arena, a big plus for event-goers. It is within walking distance. accessibility to other casinos and stores is excellent. the central strip is very convenient, too.

My room was very clean, and this hotel is fully non-smoking which i find amazing. we got a suite. It had lots of room for everyone. i'll happily recommend this hotel to future travelers. the staff provided friendly and quick services.
i encountered a hiccup as check-in occurred late. the room wasn't ready until 9 p.m. i found this to be an inconvenience after a long travel day.

the hotel boasts a tram that runs between the hotel, crystal shopping, aria, and the bellagio. this saves many steps when exploring the area. pool areas and cabanas enhance the relaxation options.

the entire hotel staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly plus they are always smiling. they are very accommodating, efficient, helpful, polite, and professional. i definitely give them my special thanks as they are available 24/7.

the hotel was clean , and it was very cute. from check in until check out , i was very pleased with all interactions with hotel personnel. the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
on the 21st floor , it smelled so bad. there was water damage on the wall for days. they had a very large , loud fan trying to dry it.

i found the non-smoking casino a welcome change. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room design felt modern and fresh. i really appreciated the helpful staff. the gym features several treadmills and stationary bikes i saw.
the in-room refrigerator requires an extra fee, it is $35 per night which i found surprising.
