The lazy river provided so much fun. My children loved the sandy beach pool. It felt unique. I found the availability of scheduled crafts for children to be really nice. Arturo's pizza and shakes were a hit with my family.. such a treat after a swim.

I found the walk to the south premium outlet a little longer than expected.

The hotel provided shuttle service to shopping centers, which I found helpful. Its proximity to the South Premium Outlet was excellent. It was within walking distance. I was charmed by how near it was to the shops. The shuttle saved me a lot of money and stress

Upon arrival, I found that half of the outlets in the room lacked power. That was a surprise. I could not reach anyone by phone, including dialing '0', for over an hour to report a problem, frustrating. This situation required me to go to the main desk and wait in line due to a problem, that was unpleasant! I was not happy about this.

I adored the spacious suite with a well-equipped kitchen. It really reminded me of home. the pool area was so inviting. the shuttle service to get around was really useful and convenient.

parking felt limited, the structure was not very close. there wasn't much vanity counter space in the bathroom. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, i think it needs replacing.
