minibar problem
I didn't like that there was a minibar but no fridge, so i couldn't use it for my personal food. the location felt pretty far from the strip. It was a bit of a hassle. i also didn't get daily room cleaning during my whole stay. my do not disturb sign wasn't on so i am not sure what happened.

I found the hotel to be clean. The cleanliness was evident everywhere i looked. the room offered great space, easy to settle in and relax. i liked the variety of restaurants. They offered many options to choose from for meals. the staff were nice and helpful, always ready to assist (it was appreciated).
I noticed that the pool closed a bit earlier than i would have liked. I wished for more time to relax by the water.

The fitness center provides three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These were easily accessible. the pool area includes twenty loungers plus a shaded section. I really enjoyed it. there are also several on-site dining venues. I appreciated the options.

Our room featured two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. It felt luxurious. there was ample space for bags and roomy closets available. This helped keep everything organized. decent seating was within the room (which was great).

The check-in process was fast and very efficient. This made arrival hassle-free. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I was really impressed. they were quick to address questions. This added to the positive experience.

the room was very clean. the staff was friendly. i enjoyed the cleanliness and the cute atmosphere. it was a beautiful, romantic experience.
the absence of a coffee maker in the room was a small inconvenience. we really missed having that first cup of coffee together in the morning. it would have made our romantic mornings perfect.

this hotel provided a really clean and modern room (i loved the big screen tvs!). the pools were fantastic for relaxation. i found it easy to get around the hotel with a convenient layout that helped me access all the amenities i needed quickly. i appreciated the family friendly environment offered here.
my only slight disappointment was the limited selection of food options available.

The room was clean and spacious enough. It was acceptable.
The noise was a real issue. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms, impacting sleep. also, the older lady at the front desk was smug and dismissive when i raised a concern, showing poor customer service. food options were overpriced for what you got.
