The location was excellent and within walking distance of key attractions.
The room felt quite dated (think, faded brass fixtures), and the lighting was inadequate even with all the lights on. Housekeeping barged into my room on Sunday morning despite the do-not-disturb sign being displayed. It was unsettling. The hotel only offered a simple apology without any follow-up service recovery (I felt dismissed).

i loved the spacious suite it felt very luxurious. the bed was comfortable i had restful sleep. the staff were helpful the entire time and solved a minor issue quickly.
the hallways had some lingering smells from nearby restaurants i noticed.

the hotel is conveniently close to attractions with direct access. the sphere is easily accessible by walking so this was ideal. i did not have to use a taxi or ride share to visit multiple destinations.
