i found the daily housekeeping to be excellent, ensuring a consistently clean environment. the restaurant offered tasty food at reasonable prices, which i considered a great value. free parking was included, a real benefit!

The staff were helpful and kind. The cleaning staff kept the hotel looking great. The location provides easy monorail access (very useful for getting around).
Check-in had a long line and took about 40 minutes. The pool was small and crowded (especially by midday). The hotel is also a bit far from the central area. It is about a 30-minute walk.

I experienced slow elevators. There was also insufficient check in staff. My room had a very noticeable odor of cigarette smoke masked with perfume, it WAS awful. I requested a change of rooms because of this.

I stayed in the blanca king room. it was super clean. the hotel's monorail access made getting around easy. Trains came every few minutes!!! free valet and parking were a big plus.

The bed was comfy, and i had enough towels and bath supplies for two days. i didn't like the window shade though. It had a black and white pic of different people and it was weird. i left it open and woke up with the sun!
i wish there was a microwave in the room. it would be useful to reheat food i brought back.

the staff switched my room right away without hesitation when i accidentally booked a room with full size beds. check-in and check-out were very easy to do, and the staff was always willing to help with any questions. overall, the service was efficient and polite.

There is easy access to the gym. the hotel has ok options for food and drinks on site. the parking was free and easy to use. That was a big plus for me and helped reduce stress.

the location has a monorail station, so it is easy to save a walk one way or the other. it is not in the center of everything, though the location was convenient! the hotel is in an area that is not so nice.

Check-in went smoothly. I got a room upgrade. My Blanca King room was super clean. The hotel offered free parking! I appreciated the monorail connection. It made getting around easy.
The in-house dining options were a little limited, especially late at night.

clean room water bottles monorail access
the room was clean (i really mean it). i had two complimentary bottles of water daily. the hotel provides direct access to the monorail. it helped me a lot .
i found the wall paint to be of poor quality.
