mixed experience

slow processmanager attitude
the check in process were quite slow. i spent about 45 minutes waiting. the employee made several mistakes and charged my card four times. i had to explain the situation to the manager, but she did not take responsibility and blamed a third party. this whole situation felt very unprofessional and left me frustrated.

The room was beautifully presented I especially loved the comfortable bed I never wanted to leave. The pools impressed me they are perfect for national swimmers.

Really good Hotel Experience

The location is central. The floral exhibit impressed me with its design and upkeep. The variety of restaurants on the premises offers numerous dining options. I found the bars well-stocked and staffed. The pool area is great for relaxation.
The check-in line was somewhat long upon my arrival however it moved quickly.

I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Alejandro provided really good customer service and addressed all my needs promptly. The staff regularly cleaned the machines and common areas. I consider this practice essential for maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
