Valeria and Mr Steve provided wonderful service all through my visit. Their attention was unparalleled. The buffet had amazing food. Each dish offered something special. I plan to return and always pick this hotel for my future stays.
Navigating the immense hotel was challenging. A physical map would have been useful.

The location provides excellent access to nearby attractions. Everything felt conveniently placed. Monorail access from the hotel makes travel easy. This is a HUGE advantage. Walking to adjacent resorts is also a simple option.

The check-in was very smooth. i downloaded the app and entered my details. i waited for the digital key to be ready. i went directly to my room on the first floor. It was quiet. the automated check-in saved me time.
i found the shower water pressure to be weak. the water was warm but not hot.

i loved the quick check in process it was super fast the staff were very nice i had no issues. lots of dining places are located inside the facility that was very convenient. i liked i could not hear outside noise in my room it was peaceful.
the hotel is clearly showing its age i noticed some areas that could use a refresh.

the pool area has a lazy river i definitely saw many people enjoying it there are multiple pools and enough spaces to relax. the complex has lots of plants that give it a tranquil atmosphere, a refreshing escape.

the front desk operates 24/7 i watched questions being resolved efficiently. the staff seemed very pleasant and helpful i enjoyed that. i really appreciated the quick service and resolution of issues by personnel.

I found the beds to be very comfortable and i had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. the room was clean upon arrival. I noticed the big pillows immediately. the room location was convenient.
i did notice the toilet requires you to hold the handle until it is finished flushing, a slight inconvenience.

The location was great. It made it easy to get to places. the valet system worked well. It made getting our car simple. all staff were friendly and courteous. They were also knowledgeable when we asked questions. there was plenty to do and see within the casino.
finding my way around the main floor proved difficult! also, the digital key did not work consistently.
