The food was great, especially at the PBG restaurant, they catered well to dietary restrictions. Staff members were consistently polite and helpful. I found the beach bar service to be a real luxury. I appreciated the attention to my needs.
There was this persistent feeling that more attention to room cleaning would have elevated the stay.

romantic getaway, beyond expectations
lush gardens king-size bed nightly turndown
the grounds were immaculate with lush gardens and exotic birds (even peacocks!). the bungalow suite was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable king-size bed. i particularly loved the nightly turndown service with small chocolates. i also enjoyed the platinum club benefits, it provided a quiet, exclusive area.
the buffet lines could sometimes be a bit long during peak hours.

the staff members were very attentive and helpful. ingrit, in particular, provided excellent service at the restaurant. the concierge was always available to assist with reservations and answer any questions we had.

amazing stay at beautiful hotel
high standard daily cleaning train service
I really appreciated the app. I could also view menus. The decor throughout this hotel presents a high standard. Our platinum suite was huge (really!) and cleaned every day. The platinum upgrade proved fabulous. It meant better sun loungers on the beach with regular drinks service. Access to a better pool and private restaurants were also included. I also liked the beach bags. A train service helped us get around when it was hot.
The internet was not always reliable. I think this is one of the aspects that needs a little more attention.

The curry lamb at Samsara restaurant was excellent. I also recommend the baklava. Wasabi had some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. Cappuccino's, the coffee shop with pastries and crepes, did not open until 10am.

The platinum suite was quite large. The hotel maintains grounds very well. Early each morning i saw workers power washing surfaces. Staff also repainted different areas around the hotel.

The staff are very friendly. Yaniriz is the best waitress. Every time i come to this resort, she remembers me. I always appreciate her excellent service (she's a star!).

i found the staff very helpful and attentive. they managed to find solutions whenever i needed something. the grounds are also very well-kept with beautiful landscaping.
The resort needs more nightlife options. The nearby club is inconveniently located outside the main area and does not include beverages.

the food was very nice, it varied day by day.
the shuttle service wasn't at the right terminal. i waited for an hour in the heat. no one helped me find my room, so i had to walk to the third floor myself
