the location, its near everything, includes the tram line.
the air conditioning, IT WAS NOT WORKING at all. it turned on and after a few minutes it turned off. i reported it, the staff was rude and said 'i can't do anything electricity PROBLEM'.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly. The location proves convenient. The breakfast included a nice selection of food each morning. The spa facilities included a sauna and steam room and provided a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean. I found the hotel location near key attractions very useful. Overall I am content. I would stay again.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises. It was sometimes hard to relax. I noticed this especially at night.

The location was convenient near many attractions. breakfast had a wide selection. I found many options i liked. the staff at the front desk was generally helpful during check in and check out.
The room was smaller than expected. there was barely enough room to move around comfortably in my room. the air conditioning did not work properly for two nights. The room was too warm.
