My time here was nice, and I find no real faults with my experience. The staff was always available and eager to help me. I especially enjoyed the hotel location, near to everything. I also had a magnificent room, always clean and well-kept.
The gym was slightly smaller than expected.

I found the hotel located perfectly. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafes very close. The room was clean. The staff proved great. I was charmed by the Bosphorus views.
The minibar was a bit basic. It lacked even a small spoon for mixing tea.

The location is AMAZING in front of the Bosphorus and near the Galata area. It is within walking distance to the tram for any location one wants to visit. I was charmed to explore this area.

the location is great, close to the waterfront. breakfast is on the rooftop terrace with a bosphorus view. there was a good selection of food.
i couldn't open a window in the room. the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't enough to use a hair dryer. the spa had black mold in the shower stalls.
