My time here was nice, and I find no real faults with my experience. The staff was always available and eager to help me. I especially enjoyed the hotel location, near to everything. I also had a magnificent room, always clean and well kept.
The gym was slightly smaller than expected.

I found the hotel located perfectly. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafes very close. The room was clean. The staff proved great. I was charmed by the Bosphorus views.
The minibar was a bit basic. It lacked even a small spoon for mixing tea.

i couldn't open a window in the room. the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't enough to use a hair dryer. the spa had black mold in the shower stalls.
