excellent hotel experience!
attentive server kitchen delicacy warm welcome excellent experience
I felt so pampered. emre, our breakfast server, was a highlight. his humor and attentiveness made each morning great. He surprised us with kitchen delicacies. i really loved his smile and enthusiasm, and tanju made our mornings special too!
The gym, while good, seemed a bit crowded during peak hours. It made accessing equipment a slight challenge, though not a major issue.

the room featured two separate sinks, a rainfall shower, and premium toiletries. it included blackout curtains that guaranteed restful sleep and a minibar stocked with various beverages, though some were chargeable.

the butler service, especially murat, assisted with car and dining reservations. the front desk staff was professional and cute and they provided prompt responses to requests. irem and seven.

city views attentive staff
The skyline room offered amazing city views. the breakfast service was perfect. The staff ensured i felt pampered. baran consistently refilled fresh orange juice at just the right moment. This level of attentiveness elevated the experience.
every time i returned to the hotel, security required us to put our bags through an x-ray machine. i understand the need for safety, but the process felt excessive.
