the breakfast menu was really good. it included a variety of fruits, vegetables, cereals and various hot meal options each day. i also found the location to be very handy because of its proximity to tourist attractions.
the gym was closed , disappointing.

The location was perfect. I could easily walk to many attractions and shops nearby. Breakfast offered diverse options including fresh fruit and hot dishes. The bed and pillows were comfortable ensuring a restful sleep each night. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Their kindness was excellent.
The gym had limited equipment.

Staff members provided quick, efficient responses to every request. The level of care demonstrated by everyone. I especially appreciated the detailed attention from the team during check-in. The personnel were always smiling!!!

The hotel is situated near many shops and the area felt safe to explore at any hour. Public transport was also easily accessible allowing for quick trips around the city. I found several restaurants within a short walking distance.

My Executive Room included a very large bed and a seating area. The bathroom had all the basic amenities. I had free water bottles replenished daily and a stocked mini bar.

the executive room offered a good space with a view. i could see the sea from the window, and i took some fabulous photos. the staff were helpful, especially fahriye, fatih , and muhammad , they gave great recommendations.
the bathroom did get a bit cold , as the heating did not seem to work effectively in that area.

the staff provided really good service , they were very cute. fahriye checked on us every morning at breakfast , this showed genuine care. bugra also helped us with everything, ensuring all needs were met.

the breakfast was acceptable (nothing special though).
The room i got, a standard room, was far from soundproof. i could clearly hear street noise throughout the night, irritating. also, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. I couldn't get the temperature to a comfortable level, leaving me either too hot or too cold.

Fahriye, Omer, and Emrah offered excellent support with my requests. Zara and Aykut at reception provided GREAT service during my week-long city exploration. The location was perfect for short taxi rides to every place I visited. Faik gave excellent attention to every detail .
The gym and pool were unfortunately closed. THOSE amenities were significant factors in my decision.
