birol,he ensured my room was super clean each morning. i appreciated his thoughtfulness about my coffee needs, he restocked the supply without me asking. the reception team also stood out for their really good friendliness and helpfulness. the hotel's proximity to taksim square made exploring very easy.
the lobby felt a bit small , it lacked a certain warmth i usually look for in a hotel.

I appreciate the staff's really good attentiveness. Their focus on guest needs is amazing. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast included a fantastic variety of delicious choices. The hotel's installations was modern and well kept. They added to the overall quality of my stay.
I noticed that some minor aspects of the decor show minimal signs of wear.

The gym features a selection of modern equipment including three treadmills and several weight machines. I also appreciated the pool area. It has a shaded area with about twenty comfortable loungers, great.

Birol from housekeeping was attentive. He ensured the room was clean each morning. he remembered i drink a lot of coffee and kept the supply stocked. the hotel's location provides easy access to taksim square, a definite plus.
the hotel seemed to lack soundproofing, i could hear noises from neighbors and the street at night. sleep quality suffered because of this noise level.

The breakfast buffet included a diverse selection to suit different tastes and preferences. All guests can find something to enjoy. the coffee was good, a crucial detail for a good start to the day.
