charming stay in the city

central location short walk kind staff
the location is central. the metro station is a short walk from the hotel entrance it takes only three minutes. the staff were kind we felt cared for. adam helped me move to a comfortable room.
the entrance has a small regular door after your entrance you find stairs that lead to the reception on the first floor.

the hotel sits on a main street that is convenient. taksim square is nearby which is great for getting around and seeing the sights. this central location offers easy access and exploration.

the staff were always ready to help making the stay pleasant. youssef and youness were particularly friendly. adam who speaks arabic helped me a lot i really felt taken care of by the team.

bathroom grouts uncomfortable mattress
the staff was helpful! the location was decent.
I found mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom grouts. the mattress was not comfortable. breakfast was very modest. Even bread slices were cut in half, it was odd.

The staff members are very helpful. Adam, Hasan, Gokhan, Yunus, and Yusuf were all very kind. The hotel is near many major attractions. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited. I hoped for a slightly broader selection of items.

Adequate stay with some drawbacks

The location was very convenient. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were helpful explaining how to use public transport. They provided directions to various attractions.
The room I was given was on the backside of the hotel. It had no view. It opened into an air duct, not appealing. The bathroom was small and not well-lit.
