the staff were lovely and always available, murad was very helpful. umeiya helped with so much. the room they gave us was spacious and super clean. we are thankful for a high quality experience.
the iron i had was faulty, causing a short circuit. it took over five hours for the toilet seat to be repaired. we did not report the loose seat in the other room.

our superior king room was comfortable and well-kept. the bed was especially luxurious, perfect for resting. the room includes a mini-bar, and it provided a good view. the décor was romantic.

i appreciated the spa being open until 10 pm this allows visits after city walks i found the staff very friendly and helpful room service was available with reasonable prices the location benefits from a tram within a five minute walk providing direct access to many attractions
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust i could not get it to cool properly at night

The facilities were immaculate. Every space seemed to shimmer with care. the breakfast buffet included diverse options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the staff displayed really good kindness and attention, ensuring all needs were met promptly.
the gym, while well-equipped, sometimes felt overcrowded during peak hours, difficult to fully utilize all equipment.

The room had a jacuzzi, that was a great upgrade. I liked that the restaurant operated 24 hours and had variety of food, I visited the sauna, pool, and hammam.
The Wi-Fi was inconsistent and slow. It made things difficult sometimes. Basic amenities, such as toothbrushes, were available only for purchase.
