The location was amazing, just a short walk to the main attractions and the grand bazaar. the staff were helpful and always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had. breakfast included fresh, tasty options each morning. I especially loved the variety.

the staff was attentive. the location proved to be a great advantage allowing easy access to major attractions. i particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee available throughout the day adding a comforting touch to the stay
the gym was quite small with limited equipment i would have preferred a larger space for workouts

The staff were consistently helpful. My room upgrade provided extra space (I certainly appreciated it). The proximity to key attractions made sightseeing easy, and a nearby metro station offered transport options. (The metro really helped me explore).

i had a spontaneous room upgrade! it. the location is fabulous because i could reach the hotspots within a 10/15 minute-walk. a metro station is nearby too, so public transport is always an option after a long day. thumbs up to the friendly staff!!!
The wi-fi in the room was poor. it worked well in half of the room. The end closer to the balcony could not connect. i found this frustrating when i needed a stable connection for video calls.

Breakfast was good! it had enough variety for my 4-day stay. more than that, it might have felt repetitive. i especially loved the fresh pastries available each morning. They were good!!!
