dirty cutlery cold food
The staff was friendly. The hotel includes three hotels and I could use any of their facilities including restaurants and swimming pools.
Finding a table during eating times was very hard. The food was terrible. Most of the time the food was cold because I could not find a table. Cutlery and glasses were very dirty.

The staff was always helpful, and service improved . Waleed R assisted quickly and professionally with all my requests. I really thank the team! I appreciate the animation team's good food and great vibes. The beach is amazing too.

The room was spacious and included ample mirrors. A large wardrobe and hangers accommodated clothes easily. The beds always looked neat with fresh linens, and the bath towels were clean and smelled good.

noisy air conditioning repetitive options
the animation team was lively and provided enjoyable entertainment, especially the evening shows.
the room i received had some issues. the air conditioning was quite noisy, and i found a water leak on the bathroom floor daily. the food was also disappointing, with repetitive and mostly tasteless options at the buffet.

a fair stay overall
close restaurants convenient sea distant entrance unimpressive lobby
I appreciated the closeness of everything. Restaurants were next to the main building and pool. the sea was very close to the hotel. this made it easy to get around.
the hotel lacked a direct entrance from the road to the lobby. i had to walk over 300 meters from the street to reach the front desks. the lobby did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

I enjoyed the red sea view from my most popular room sea view. It was very nice. the hotel features a calm beach, so relaxation was easy!

Wonderful Stay by the Sea
tasty food kind staff
All dinners included tasty food options. The hotel has facilities across three buildings (a complex of three hotels) allowing free use of amenities. The rooms overlooking the lagoon have a beautiful view, and I enjoyed the beach. The staff (Suzanne and Rachelle) was kind and thoughtful.
The service at most of the bars could be improved. Waiters seemed to lack training. There were issues with drinks, like running out of ingredients for non-alcoholic cocktails included in the package. Wine sometimes tasted diluted, suggesting it was mixed with water.

The Elite Suite Sea View provided a comfortable stay with a large window facing the sea, great for enjoying the sunrise each morning. The air conditioning unit kept the space cool, and a small refrigerator kept beverages chilled during the day. The room included a seating area with a sofa.

I appreciated having access to multiple pools (especially the one with the swim-up bar) and a private beach area. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym with three treadmills, five bikes, and multiple weight machines. The aqua park on the hotel's grounds has several slides.
Service
9/10
The hotel staff were helpful with any requests, and I found them all to be polite and well-mannered. The animation team was very lively and creative, with evening dance performances. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
