The buffet food had AMAZING variety. It was hot and well-labeled. The hotel provides pre-bookable speciality restaurants, each with different nationality cuisine and those were REALLY lovely. The adult-only relax pool was my favourite sunbathing spot, with a HUGE pool and a lovely bar.
Cutlery did not seem properly washed sometimes.

The resort features multiple pools and convenient internal minibuses that run frequently. the staff provided really good service. Their warmth and attentiveness. my room had a great size. It allowed me to relax and unwind fully after a day of activities. i particularly enjoyed the access to snorkeling. I was next to the reef.

The resort featured multiple pools with a direct seafront access. The adult-only relax pool was spacious and inviting. i found the jetty quite useful for easy sea access. The snorkeling and swimming experiences were fantastic with abundant marine life. the gardens looked well cared for. I especially appreciated the efforts of abdul, whom i had the pleasure of meeting previously.
While the staff were generally helpful, i noticed certain issues with the room upkeep . The bedding was not changed as frequently as advertised. also, i got several mosquito bites. It.

i asked our tui rep if we could have a day at this resort. he arranged this with transport. we arrived and were greeted by the big boss and his management team. we were given all inclusive for all day and guided to the beach. towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas were all set out ready.
the room i had was outdated. the air conditioning was poor and the plug sockets were all loose. the toilet barely flushed too. the lighting in the room was awful and the lamp shades were cracked.
