I found the application useful. It helped track daily activities. ordering services through it was very convenient. the food was good with a variety of restaurants. i also appreciated the close proximity to diving and kite school on the beach.
the experience was generally positive, but i noticed a lack of english proficiency among some staff. this made communication challenging at times (a minor issue, though).

the main restaurant offered a decent variety, with several themed nights. i particularly enjoyed the oriental restaurant, it had authentic dishes. the pizza and pasta restaurant provided quick options for lunch and dinner.

the hotel's proximity to the airport simplified transfers. there were several shops and local markets accessible within walking distance. the beach was easily reachable from the hotel, providing quick access.

The staff was generally helpful, especially at the reception desk. the cleaning crew maintained the rooms daily. The rooms were well serviced. bar staff were attentive. They ensured drinks were promptly served.

The rooms were very spacious. they were cleaned daily. The food offered expected variety for an all inclusive experience. The staff were all very friendly! They always worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The recreation area remained very clean and safe. Sunbeds were always arranged nicely! The pools and aqua park were very well maintained and enjoyable.
The pools closed quite early at 5 PM. This closure meant we had to leave sooner than expected, disappointing. It would be nice if the pool hours were extended, even a little!

Mr. Zaki, the Recreation Supervisor, showed really good effort and a friendly attitude throughout our stay. He is a true credit to the hotel for his helpful service, assisting us with all our recreational needs, we had a nice experience.

The resort features well maintained pools and an amazing aqua park. These facilities, keeping everyone entertained throughout our vacation. The cleanliness and organization around the recreation areas enhanced our overall experience.
