the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
i was disappointed that the air conditioning was not working properly in my room (it was quite warm even with the window open). this led to some discomfort, particularly at night, and the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep well. also, the coffee at breakfast was not very hot, a minor letdown since i really needed that caffeine boost in the morning.

the staff was nice and always smiling. the breakfast had great choices, so many delicious things! i also loved that it was close to the beach and transportation. the rooftop pool was a perfect spot to relax after exploring, it reminded me of a dream.
i wish the rooftop bar had stayed open a little later!

I received a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. It reminded me of a classy touch! My room got an upgrade. there was a delicious cake, because it was my partner's birthday. The housekeeping service came daily. It replenished the toilet rolls, towels, and bed linen.
The windows offered little soundproofing. This meant I could hear outside noise.

i thought the breakfast had a great presentation, and it tasted delicious. rooms had daily cleaning and fresh towels every day. around the hotel, i found many tapas places and supermarkets with great stock. a quick taxi took me to the center for about €10. the metro only took four minutes to walk to, and the beach was around ten.
the bar only sold expensive vermouths, a local option would have been a pleasant surprise.
