Charmed by the good Sara and SUPERB afternoon tea!

I had a lovely day at the spa and enjoyed a mud treatment. The afternoon tea in the Blas restaurant was AMAZING!!! Sara greeted us, she. She had time to make conversation and look after our every need, even in the busy environment.
Electronic systems failing caused payment issues for a company Christmas party. The venue did not accept cash, this was an issue since I was not able to pay. I had to ask an employee to use their debit card.

I found the staff to be very cute, they always greeted me with a smile. The service was prompt, the staff seemed attentive to every need. I was impressed with how the staff managed the busy environment.

The hotel seemed pretty clean and always tidy, this. The hotel is in a great location, it is easy to find. I found easy access to local amenities.

The beds seemed comfortable, this. Towels and complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits were serviced daily. It was easy to adjust the temperature and ventilation in the room.

Breakfast was VERY nice and offered many options. Sunday roast was also quite enjoyable and well-prepared. The food was fresh and flavorful, the presentation was lovely.

The room, a junior suite, was quite large. it had dark furniture that gave it a cozy, restful feel. a balcony overlooked the golf course, a nice perk, though it showed some wear. the spa was decent for a short visit. I didn't try any treatments.
The towel heating rail in the bathroom didn't work. It was a very minor inconvenience. i reported it on check-out. The receptionist didn't seem too surprised, a bit odd, though hardly a major issue.

The location was fine with beautiful views. the restaurant relocation was superb. the food was delicious!!! special thanks go to jake and lara. They were great. the senior staff managed the many young, new staff members very well.
the pool complex was a bit dark and the lighting was poor, but it was still nice.
