pleasant hotel stay

the hotel was comfortable and cute the cozy bar created a great atmosphere. i found the romanian night porter friendly and helpful making my late check-in hassle-free.
i found the shower on the 4th floor to have a very weak stream and the shower tray drained slowly the size of the shower itself was also quite small. i noticed plastic pieces on the floor suggesting the carpet had not been vacuumed well.

most of the reception staff were good especially laura garcia she was a very helpful and efficient member of staff she provided prompt assistance when i had questions. they addressed concerns quickly and efficiently ensuring i felt valued as a guest.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean.
i found the cracked bath with yellow stains unsettling. the lights kept flickering, distracting. the bed was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs, and i hardly slept during the night.

i really liked our standard family room. the swimming pool and pool table were a great addition. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i'm also grateful we paid extra for late check-out, it was definitely worth it.
i didn't like that the hotel parking was not free. i was told about this less than 24 hours before our stay, so i couldn't cancel without being charged. i had to pay for parking.

the staff at the reception were friendly. my room had a sea view, a BIG plus. breakfast offered many choices, including vegetarian options. i appreciated the location near the beach.
the room was small for two PEOPLE. it felt cramped with luggage and it needed a desk for working. the overall layout wasn't ideal.
