The hotel interior have been beautifully decorated. The staff were polite. The location was convenient for city access. I enjoyed breakfasts, and it was very good.
The parking costed nine pounds a day. I consider it steep. Utensils weren't clean.

Refurbished Interior and Friendly Staff

higher standard excellent shower comfortable bed new air conditioning
I have been staying at this hotel for work for a few years. It offers higher standard rooms compared to other options. I recently learned it joined the IHG Group and now offers some deals. The rooms have been recently refurbished. The shower and toiletries were excellent. I enjoyed the comfortable large bed and new air conditioning.
I noticed a slight lack of attention to detail in the room. Working at the desk meant I could not watch TV simultaneously. The room perhaps needs a standard lamp over the separate table.
Location
8/10
The hotel is in a unique location situated in the middle of a housing estate. It is a short walk to the city centre for exploration. The location provides a quiet setting while remaining accessible to attractions.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms were recently decorated and featured a comfortable bed. The bathrooms have been updated and are smart. Complimentary still and sparkling bottled water was provided in the room. The hotel rooms also have new air conditioning.
Service

The reception staff was friendly upon my arrival. The bar staff provided excellent service. The breakfast staff were helpful and attentive to guest needs. The food service throughout the hotel was great.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers on-site parking . The bar and restaurant areas were nicely decorated. The hotel garden looks to be a work in progress. The hotel provided good lunch during my course.
