Excellent Spa Break

I felt an air of calm. The staff was very friendly. The spa includes different thermal experiences. There were around three steam rooms and four saunas. The outdoor area includes heated seating areas. I found the food was delicious and well worth the prices. The service was excellent. Phillip was very attentive. Breakfast includes many options. I had the option of room service. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a tea and coffee station with biscuits and a range of choices. I found it easy to adjust the room temperature using a thermostat.
I think that some tables are close together in the Orangery.

The staff was genuinely happy and accommodating. the hotel facilities were fabulous. Our room was very comfortable. the food in the orangery was amazing with perfect cooking and presentation.
i just expected a lot better for what we paid for the room for one night. there were loads of silverfish on the bathroom floor in the morning. half the tv channels didn't work.

My partner and i found such needed solace . Everything was everything was super clean. I was especially pleased with the super clean condition of the room and the overall ambiance. The serene environment allowed us to reconnect and unwind. the breakfast buffet was a good start to each day with fresh items. I found the staff attentive. Their warm smiles. The team's dedication to guest satisfaction made a difference. the outdoor areas offered peaceful spots for quiet moments together. The lush gardens create a backdrop for tranquil reflection. I found myself captivated by the surroundings and would gladly return for more treasured memories.
i noticed the tv remote in our room had some trouble when changing the channels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful . The spa facilities were enjoyable. The experience showers and foot spa were very clean and in good working condition.
I noticed a long hair in my bed, trapped between the sheet and the mattress. I only had one small pot of shampoo and shower gel available for two people, so I asked for more at reception.

I loved every moment of my stay. the staff was so attentive to every detail, i was. the thermal experiences in the spa are therapeutic. I found three different steam rooms and four saunas, offering diverse aromatherapy aspects. the hydrotherapy pool and outdoor hot tubs.
I found the food portions served in the evening meal small and overpriced. the restaurant seemed like nouvelle cuisine on a diet. I wished for larger servings.
