Amazing Service and Relaxing Spa

I received an amazing massage from Joanne. Back, neck, legs and foot. She was professional and very friendly. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Lini, the guest relations manager, impressed me with superb service. He was friendly, smiley, and genuinely grateful for our visit. All staff interactions were excellent.
During check-in, my room was not up to standard. The carpet looked bad and not very clean, and the toilet roll holder was broken. I also didn't receive a complimentary cookie.

The hotel is in a great central location. It provided an easy walk to the nearby Convention Centre. The town centre is also easily accessible. This made exploring the surrounding area very convenient, and I loved that.

My room was spacious. It was also clean and decorated to a good standard. The hotel appointed its rooms very well. All was really lovely!

The spa and pool access were a bonus and free to use. I went to the spa at the beginning and end of the day, and that worked well. The spa facilities were great! This enhanced my experience.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was fabulous.
I was not told upon check-in that my room was on the second floor. This floor is also reserved for people with dogs. I was woken late at night and really early in the morning by dogs barking. The room did not feel fresh.

the restaurant and bar areas were particularly nice. i dined at carters one evening and i have nothing negative to say. the setting was really relaxed and the food was unreal, we had the sharing steak for main and it was cooked beautifully.
The room was cold. there was a draught from the old windows in the bathroom. the shower in the bathroom was broken and lacked any water pressure. It was frustrating.
