The breakfast buffet was very good. There was plenty to choose from.
I was disappointed the pool was not available until 4:30, families are prioritised until 6:30. I waited 25 minutes to enter. the pool was full of families and young children splashing about and there was nowhere to sit away from this. Chairs were really close to the pool area.

The spa operated as family swim time. This made it impossible to unwind in the hotel spa.

my partner and i celebrated our anniversary with a stay. staff members were friendly and accommodating. halloween weekend featured special cocktails. the grounds are lovely and suited a good walk.

My Richmond suite included lovely arm chairs. It was indeed gorgeous. The hotel had a beautiful building and decor. What a nice experience from checking in to checking out! The spa and pool facilities were very good.
The anti scald had been set too cold for families. It could not change. Reception never answered on long rings. There were only a few channels on the tv.

The breakfast was included and quite luxurious.
I requested not to walk far due to my disability, but I was put in the furthest room from reception. I spent most of the day in absolute agony as a result. I was grateful for the free mini bar, but the room placement was unacceptable.

the gym included essential equipment (such as treadmills) for a decent workout.
I experienced a significant delay in service. My drinks order took an unacceptable amount of time to arrive. the staff member did not seem particularly concerned about my issue. i found the lack of urgency frustrating and it negatively affected my overall impression of the service.
