good ladyclean roomlovely service
I arrived and a good young lady greeted me. She was very polite. My room was very clean. The restaurant provided lovely service and food, alongside a lovely atmosphere. The staff was professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The hotel was clean with good-sized rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel location has a garden with many seats. I enjoyed plenty of free parking. It also has a spa, that I wanted to visit.

Breakfast included many choices and good quality food. The restaurant had a wide selection. I discovered omelettes available for order. They were delicious.

The hotel provides a perfect location for several attractions. Ness Botanic Gardens is nearby. I liked going around the car park walking the dog in the fields.

The staff was very friendly. They were attentive and cute. I requested a quiet area at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the waiters were very attentive.

the staff handled some technology issues with unbelievable politeness. they were really nice too make things easy. a member of staff called kaitlyn.
The room wasn't cleaned well. I noticed hairs on the bathroom floor.
