i was thrilled with my room. the executive double room had two large windows. they let in a lot of natural light. i appreciated the hotel providing complimentary toiletries.. especially the high-quality shampoo. the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. i slept soundly each night.
the gym equipment is a bit dated. some machines showed signs of wear.

i found the courtyard restaurant really good. the evening meals were excellent and the cooked breakfast arrived fast. staff at the restaurant were attentive and smartly dressed, a credit to the hotel.

the staff were polite and very accommodating. i saw the manager help a guest connect to the ev charger, very helpful. all the staff gave good service and were cute. staff were always smiling and available.

i've stayed at this hotel three times now and each time i'm impressed! the staff are friendly, and helpful. my room was very clean, and comfy with everything i needed for my stay. the on-site restaurant is fantastic, it has delicious food!
i did notice a small stain on the carpet in the hallway near my room.

the room included comfortable bed linens and pillows. the room also had a modern bathroom. the provided toiletries were of high quality and plentiful, i did not expect that.

My room's carpet looked like someone spilled tea, or worse, all over it. Quite disgusting. The hotel needs to do something about the cleaning.

the staff were pleasant and always ready to assist. the twin room included usb charging ports, a welcome addition for device charging. the evening meals were good, honestly some of the best i have tasted. breakfast was hot and arrived quickly, exactly as one would hope.
showers in the leisure facilities were quite grubby, and i saw mould. some tiles were displaced, a shame. the outdoor spa looks onto a car park and the houses nearby, somewhat spoiling the serenity.

The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable too. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has great grounds and facilities. I found a pub. I saw a wedding shop. There also was a tea room and a gallery. There even was a hairdresser.
Parking was tricky at times. This was due to a lot of guests.

a satisfying experience

the pool area impressed me especially the warm hydro pool a young staff member gave my grandson and me a tour of the facilities my room was quite spacious i also liked its size. the breakfast was served promptly and was delightfully hot. the hotel staff were consistently polite attentive and always well dressed.
i found that the female toilets near reception seemed to lack necessary supplies suggesting that they might not have been checked frequently enough.

the setting is beautiful the surrounding areas are accessible via detailed local walking maps located throughout the facility i found the hotel grounds maintained to a high standard. these grounds add to the hotel's charm.

I am admiring the really good spa facilities. the sauna rooms provide intense heat and the aroma room offers a pleasant scent. the steam room maintain a consistent temperature. I really appreciate the cleanliness in the thermal suite pool. i think, it's really important.
The gym equipment show signs of wear. This include the treadmills and stationary bikes. this small thing could be better.
