the room was immaculate. i noticed molton brown toiletries were provided, a welcome luxury. i found shortbread, slippers, and robes available in the room which was a pleasant surprise. the bed had hypoallergenic bedding ensuring a restful night.
i noticed some limescale buildup on the shower screen, it wasn't a big deal, but it was there.

Valet parking was very easy to use. It streamlined my arrival and departure. the hotel offers an open kitchen, allowing me to see the chefs at work and thank them directly for dinner. the bar had superb staff!!!

i found the service perfect throughout the hotel. the staff were always attentive and quick to respond to any request. i particularly appreciated the turn-down service each evening it helped to. the valet parking service was also a great convenience and saved me time finding a parking spot.
i found the temperature in the room a little too warm. i did adjust the thermostat, but it remained quite constant.

The hotel staff are attentive and helpful. My Executive Double Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast offered many options. I especially liked the location near bus stops and other transportation.
The bar added a 12.5% service charge to drinks. This seemed high.

The room we had was huge and unique. It had all the listed amenities. i found it close to all the main activities (a short walk to the city center). the walk-in double shower was lovely.
the windows in my room were sealed, and i could not get fresh air inside, made the room feel a little stuffy (it was a very minor issue).

the hotel was very close to the train station. it made it easy to get to the main shopping area. our room was more bigger than i thought it would be. the bed was comfy and everything was super clean. the staff was helpful.
the hotel bar prices was ridiculous. i think £30 for breakfast is extortionate. i went out for a meal and asked for an umbrella, but they wanted £2 for 48 hours. i think they have got a bit above themselves.
