the upgrade to a junior suite was a good surprise. we got free breakfast, free parking, robes, slippers, and a late checkout all complimentary!!! i really appreciated this gesture. it definitely makes me want to return.
The room wasn't perfectly clean. I noticed a discarded contact lens on the bathroom floor.

i liked the room. it was spacious and comfortable. the hotel had excellent facilities. the customer service was also excellent.
the staff at reception seemed unfriendly. they were not very helpful. there was dragging of chairs upstairs all night. i didn't sleep well.
