The gatehouse staff greeted me by name upon arrival. The staff were cute as were the reception staff. I used the spa and pool.. the changing rooms were excellent. Showers had lovely hot water.
The robes could use more sizes. I overheard some guests mention they didn't fit.

The staff were friendly, a definite highlight. the hotel has a beautiful decor. It felt elegant. our room included a hot tub on the balcony. It had sun most of the day. the hotel's location allowed a short walk to the lakeside. This was convenient.
The spa seemed quite small. It might feel overwhelming during peak times.

The hotel is close to the town centre. It is easy to walk. i found this to be a great asset when exploring the local area. this allows for exploration on foot.

The spa facilities seemed appealing. The steam room, sauna, and pool had a relaxing atmosphere. A friendly lady at the bar provided clear explanations. I found the changing rooms quite small and not very clean though. Some litter and used towels were on the floor. A quick cleanup would help. The size of the spa felt limited, especially when more than a few people were present.

the spa facilities seemed adequate.
i find some issues. my double room snug was smaller than i thought. the limited space made move difficult. the room lacked proper soundproofing too. i often heard noise from other rooms and the hallway, it disturb my sleep.

warm greetinggreat food
the gatehouse greeting was warm. the porter were great showing me the hotel and its facilities. the mizumi restaurant definitely worth a visit has great food and service.
the spa was very dark, very dark. a couple in the pool were overly amourous , made other guests uncomfortable.
