lovely staffcute receptionnice atmosphereample quantity
every staff member i spoke to was so lovely. reception welcomed me, they seemed genuinely interested in my visit and invited me to reach out for any needs. the bar had a nice atmosphere, and drinks were good. breakfast offered a varied, tasty and ample quantity. communal areas were very clean, also tidy, with plentiful seating.
I noticed some minor wear on the carpets in the hallway. It could use a little refreshing!

our room included a king size bed with premium bedding, alongside a seating area with a large television. the bathroom had a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure. toiletries were high-end and smelled lovely.

breakfast featured a wide variety of options. there were fresh pastries, hot dishes, a selection of cheeses and meats. fresh fruit. the restaurant staff were attentive, they kept everything well-stocked. i found the coffee particularly good.

the hotel is steps from the beach, providing easy access to seaside walks. several restaurants are very close to the hotel. it is easy to walk to local shops and attractions in just a few minutes from the main entrance.

the check-in staff were very helpful and pleasant. i received a complimentary upgrade to my room, a pleasant surprise. the hotel also has convenient parking and well-kept grounds to walk around and enjoy the scenery.
i would have liked a mirror on the dressing table in the room for getting ready , i think this is an issue that can be easily fixed.
