Acceptable Stay, Some Disappointments

the breakfast had a great selection, pleasing.
I found that the room lacked slippers, and i did not find it very clean. the pool was also not what i expected, and i didn't like that i needed to pay for a locker. I did not even use it because it seemed unclean.

decent stay with some major issues

The lobby was freezing when i arrived around 8pm. I saw tables littered with empty glasses. the air conditioning in my room was terribly noisy, and honestly, not effective. trying to get a drink at the bar was a nightmare. The counter was sticky and stained. the staff seemed disinterested and even overcharged me for a pint. The vibe was just off, and it wasn't cute at all, not a fan of this lack of hospitality. i reminded me of i was in a train station bar but worse.

The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, especially enjoying it in the morning. My room offered a view over the water. The location was perfect for exploring.
The restaurant service felt slightly disorganized, but this was a very minor issue.

Really good Stay

The hotel's proximity to the Aran Island Ferries terminal was convenient it was a short walk. Eyre Square was also easily accessible. Restaurants and shops were nearby. The breakfast buffet offered a solid selection of fresh food. Roisín at the front desk was helpful and answered our questions.
The room faced the outdoor patio. An event extended past the stated closing time, which caused some disruption.

The room was spacious, offering ample space for luggage and movement. The bed had high-quality linen. The room also featured individual climate control. The room decor complemented the sea view.

Javier, the waitress, provided attentive and polite service throughout our dining experiences. The front office staff showed cute and efficient support at check-in. The staff promptly fulfilled our requests and maintained a positive attitude.
